Elices Saint Louis
- Elices first started working with our team as an engineering technician in 2011. He played a key role on an Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) program where he supervised the inspection, rehabilitation and pump testing of over 30 community wells on the island of La Gonave in Haiti. Cece has been trained over the last six years by US licensed professional geologists and geophysicists on data acquisition using electrical resistivity (ERT), electromagnetic (CSAMT), seismic, and gravity geophysical methods to characterize and map groundwater resources. He also operates Mt. Sopris borehole geophysical equipment to support aquifer studies and well design. Cece has participated in engineering and hydrogeology projects throughout Haiti and maintains a obsessive desire and passion to find clean water solutions in disadvantaged communities.
