Mr. Alexander has a diverse water resources and supply background including potable water treatment, reservoir, river, recreation, watershed and farm land management; county and municipal supervisory and department head assignments; $170M capital project administration including hydraulic dredging, elevated water tank, nitrate reduction facility, chemical feeds systems, ClariCone conversion, energy efficiency and performance contracts, wellfields, supplemental water supplies, dams, docks, boat ramps and shoreline enhancement.

Keith is passionate about triple bottom line solutions to water and natural resources challenges. He lives in Illinois and enjoys travel, the outdoors, choral and bell choir performing, and charitable endeavors.
